Parent Engagement Satellite Broadcast-August 23, 2007 TECEC will host a Parent Engagement Satellite Broadcast on Thursday, August 23 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm in order to educate parents about high-quality early childhood education and about how they too can become advocates for their children.
