HHSC Announces Request for Proposal for the Nurse-Family Partnership Competitive Grant ProgramThe Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) announces the issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP) # 529-08-0110 for the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) Competitive Grant Program. The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), seeks grant proposals from public or private entities, including counties, municipalities, or other political subdivision of the state, to support the establishment and operation of local Nurse-Family Partnership programs.
