February: Get Organized!

Now that we know who is running for office, we can partner with our colleagues in order to set up meetings with candidates and their campaign staff in order to educate them about the issues. They want to hear form you! Take this opportunity to bring together a diverse group of early childhood education-interested advocates and set up meetings with the candidates running for office in your district. In addition, candidate forums will be taking place in numerous communities across the state, giving candidates the opportunity to answer questions on a wide array of subjects in an open setting. Be sure to gather together a large group and ask as many questions related to early childhood education and development as they will let you.
