December-Seeing is Believing!December is a great time to connect your legislators with child care centers and programs! Take advantage of the break before the 80th legislative session begins and schedule visits for your elected officials to experience first hand the kind of high quality early childhood learning and development experiences that all Texas children deserve. Prime your lawmakers with the knowledge and sense of personal investment that will push them to act on behalf of our youngest children as they craft and vote on legislation. Although TECEC has devoted the month of December to promoting legislative visits to child care centers and programs, this toolkit will be useful at any time during the year that you would like to use it, so go ahead, get involved!
