TECEC Community Meeting Tour

After completing our grand tour of six major Texas cities including Dallas, Austin, Houston, Weslaco, El Paso, and Abilene we are excited to announce that we were able to reach over 230 individuals representing 142 organizations and 30 communities. A working draft of The Texas Plan, Edition 2 is currently being refined and is the culmination of the gathering, sorting, considering, and adapting of literally hundreds of comments from individuals and organizations across the state of Texas as well as at the national level. Our initial goal is to have Edition 2 completed and ready for distribution by the end of January 2005.
